I would like to recommend Darlene McCauley to anyone who is going to buy or sell a home.  This is the second time I have had the privilege of the expertise of Darlene.  In 2005 Darlene sold our home in a very short time frame for near asking price.  With lots of information I purchased a home from Garth Trails that was customized for my husband.  She made this a very seamless transition.  Now, 10 years later I have asked Darlene to sell my home and find me another.  Listening and following her suggestions  made for another quick sale with excellent results for me.  Darlene knows her business inside and out.  she has gone above and beyond my expectations. It was now time to look for a new home.  Darlene had listened to my wish list and we saw many homes and I went back to one of the first ones I saw.  Initially was over my price range and I dismissed it.  One day Darlene called me and said the house was going to be reduced significantly.  I still did not move on this home and Darlene did not push.  She did suggest that I might want to look at it again and I did.  After seeing it again I went home and thought about it for another couple of days and then called Darlene to put in an offer.  She was very helpful with this process as I was a novice.  She took my offer in and it was countered back with another offer.  I did not accept this offer but countered back and this offer was accepted.  I was ecstatic.  Upon inspection I found out I had to replace the furnace immediately upon closing.  With this information Darlene asked me if she could go back to the vendor to get a reduction in the price letting the vendor know that he could absorb the whole cost of the furnace or give me a break and have the sale go through.  With Darlene's efforts she got a further price reduction on my new home.  Darlene did not have to go the extra mile but because she is so dedicated to doing an excellent job she did.  Since buying my new home Darlene was able to supply me with contacts for inspectors, designers, contractors.  Because she has sold so many homes new and old she has lots of ideas she was delighted to share which I appreciated. If you want someone who will look after your interests 100% then Darlene is your agent.  She is professional, dedicated, knowledgeable and thoughtful, you will not be disappointed with Darlene McCauley.
